The location was undeniably great. It was directly on the beach. the breakfast buffet included many choices. the grounds featured lush gardens, a sight i found peaceful.

there also seemed to be a shortage of loungers around the pool area. the restaurant service was a bit slow, especially with drink orders.

A mixed experience. at best

strong mold odor sweat stains

The grounds were nicely kept. There were many lovely gardens. i did enjoy that aspect.

Our room smelled strongly of mold and this was REALLY unpleasant. The staff moved us, BUT the second room had yellow sweat stains on the pillows! i don't understand how a resort can have these problems.

We returned for another stay because this location IS special. The Premier Beautiful room was perfect for us adults. It included breakfast and afternoon tea. The tea was a good TREAT I looked forward to each day. The adult-only pool catered specifically to Premier Beautiful guests.

i noted the standard filtered coffee was included, but the specialty coffees incurred an additional charge.

the hotel provided a comfortable experience. the grounds were lush and well-kept. i enjoyed the multiple pools and easy access to nearby restaurants (there were so many choices!). the staff were helpful, and i felt genuinely welcomed.

the room decor seemed a bit dated, and i thought a refresh would enhance the overall appeal.

musty smell water stains

the location was good because the beach is easily accessible from the hotel.

i was annoyed that the room i booked was not very clean, and it felt tired. there were also water stains and mildew visible on one of the walls. it definitely smelled musty.

The breakfast choices were good.

My room felt quite dated. The shower curtain was old, and the bed was uncomfortably hard, so I didn't sleep well. I had a balcony, but I didn't enjoy it much because there was always someone smoking nearby.

rude staff check in process

The gardens were beautiful and well kept. Pools was a good selection.

The check in process was such a mess. The staff there seemed very rude and unprofessional to me. The receptionist gave me attitude, then kept answering the phone mid check-in. I think the hotel must teach them better politeness.
